Nestled close to the Kern River, this area offers some of the best white-water rafting and kayaking in California. The Kern River’s varying rapids cater to both beginners and the most experienced, with rapids up to Class V. Join us for Spring and Summer rafting trips on our own private rafts.

The Alta Sierra Ski Resort is a few minutes' drive away from our home, offering seasonal skiiing, snowboarding and tubing opportunities.

Experienced climbers can explore granite cliffs, bouldering spots, and towering rock faces that make up a large part of the scenery in the Sequoia National Forest. 

Hiking is plentiful in the Kern River Valley and provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor adventure and personal reflection.
